  FireFox is a Sly Fox, but NOT in a good way, sadly. Not recommended. Customer explained desire for a custom solution to have a large fire with no ash or embers and purchased all of the shelf accessories at FireFox and signed up for an expensive install. A following out of season custom install required multiple, inconvenient site visits to re-measure. Upon final install and heading into winter, it seemed "all's well that ends well"... until the fireplace was actually used (disaster). FireFox's response was to lay the blame on the customer, despite being told the scope of the job at onset. Aside from being unapologetic, they simply did not recognize the premium fees that they charge are for them to accurately estimate and recommend the job in materials according to the customer stated needs. I wouldn't waste my time or money relying on a company to provide a straightforward service that they cannot. Had they bent over backwards to resolve the customer complaint. Had they considered (once) the install needs and offered more suitable alternatives to their site needs, then I wouldn't complain. They didn't, and they will not be my recommended fireplace needs supplier.

  Waste of time! Warren came out to look at a project in August 2017 promised week after week he'd be back in touch after checking details. Needless to say, no one ever called back despite multiple attempts to contact the company. If you're not interested in bidding a job, have the courtesy to communicate that to your customer. NEXT!!
